How It Works
Last updated: 2026-04-22
Vorelium hosts two types of quizzes: personality quizzes and knowledge (score) quizzes. Each type works differently under the hood.
Personality Quizzes
Personality quizzes don’t have right or wrong answers. Instead, each answer option carries a weighted value mapped to one or more outcome profiles. As you answer questions, your responses accumulate weights across profiles. At the end, the profile with the highest cumulative weight becomes your result.
We build outcome profiles based on a combination of published psychological research, cultural analysis, and editorial judgment. Results are written to be relatable and shareable — they reflect genuine patterns, not random assignments.
Knowledge (Score) Quizzes
Knowledge quizzes have objectively correct answers. Each question is worth one point. Your final score is expressed as a percentage: correct answers divided by total questions, multiplied by 100.
Results are tiered — for example, “Quiz Master” for 90–100%, “Sharp Mind” for 70–89%, and so on. Tiers are set during quiz creation and reviewed alongside the questions.
Content Sourcing
Every quiz question goes through the following pipeline:
- Draft — written by a human editor or subject-matter contributor.
- Fact-check — verified against at least one authoritative source (Wikipedia, peer-reviewed papers, official documentation, established reference works).
- Editorial review — checked for clarity, bias, and cultural sensitivity.
- Publish — goes live after all three steps pass.
We do not auto-generate quiz questions from AI without human review at every stage.
Update Cadence
| Content type | Review frequency |
|---|---|
| Trending / pop culture | Quarterly |
| Core knowledge | Annually |
| Breaking news topics | As needed |
| Reported errors | Within 7 days |
Each quiz shows a Last updated date so you always know how current the content is.
Results Sharing
After completing any quiz, you receive a shareable result link. This link encodes your result ID (not your personal data) and can be shared on social media, messaging apps, or embedded anywhere that accepts a URL.
