Overview
Vorelium respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice as described below.
Filing a DMCA Notice
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your written communication must include all of the following:
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the infringing material — provide the specific URL(s) on Vorelium where the allegedly infringing content appears.
- Your contact information — name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good-faith statement — a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement — a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Notices sent by email are processed faster. Please use “DMCA Notice” as your email subject line.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location on the site.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which Vorelium may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
Send counter-notifications to the same designated agent address above.
Repeat Infringers
Vorelium will terminate access for users or accounts that are found to be repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights.
